微晶磷铜球是在生产部磷铜铸杆的基础上，采用特殊的工艺对铸杆的晶体结构进行碎化重组。使微观组织更加均匀细腻，磷分布更加均匀。使生产过程阳极膜形成速度更快、更牢固不易脱落从而延长了阳极袋和电镀线的护理保养时间。

 

The microcrystalline phosphor bronze ball is based on the phosphor bronze cast rod of the production department, and uses a special process to fragment and reorganize the crystal structure of the cast rod. The microstructure is more uniform and fine, and the phosphorus distribution is more uniform. The anode film is formed faster, firmer and less likely to fall off during the production process, thereby prolonging the maintenance time of anode bags and electroplating lines.
